Maybe I am running things wrong but I am having trouble getting results on short sequences (primers) when trying to blast them.

Just as general feedback about the website, I don't care much for Arabidopsis as the first choice for blast searches.  Finding the correct organism to search against is a little time consuming.  Just my opinion...
