When reaching a malformed URL error page.  User is prompted to contact the HelpDesk Team.  The contact page is http://ensembl.gramene.org/Help/Contact.  After filling out the form submission fails.  Maybe this is an Ensembl feature that Gramene does not use.  If so, maybe the HelpDesk link should point to the Gramene Feedback form.

First encountered this problem with dev site but also not working on live site.  http://ayinger/Help/Contact
