In Aegilops tauschii, it is said "Prediction method: Genes predicted by BGI and imported from GigaDB", and there's a link to GigaDB. However, if we look inside, actually it is not simply from GigaDB, because in GigaDB, the gene name and trascript name are completely different with the gene name shown in Gramene. In gramene, the annotation is using FGENESH and GeneID, and finally with new name. I suggest give new descritpion to this Prediction Method here, and link it to this website in Gramene Aegilops Tauschii page which has detailed information :http://ensembl.gramene.org/Aegilops_tauschii/Info/Annotation/#genebuild.
