Dear Anil,
Have you tried the Gramene Mart utility at
http://ensembl.gramene.org/biomart/martview?
First select the "Plant Genes 44: Oryza sativa Japonica genes (IRGSP-1.0
(IRGSP-1.0))" *Dataset*. Then upload or copy a list of gene IDs for your
genes of interest ("ID list limit" option under *Filters*). Last, select
"homologs" under *Attributes *and then the species and additional info that
you want for the homologs/paralogs of your rice genes of interest in those
species.
