Hi Dave,

Not sure I understand. The url for orthologues of GRMZM2G089819 is the one from where you submitted this bug report:

http://ensembl.gramene.org/Zea_mays/Gene/Compara_Ortholog?db=core;g=GRMZM2G089819

which works...  So perhaps the problem is on MaizeGDB's link outs?  Cc:ing MaizeGDB and hope together we can figure out the problem :)
