I would like to request our Perl script on your GRAMENE database as a part of web-interface. This Perl script is for identification of reference gene of qRT-PCR. If users prepare Ct values across different samples for multiple candidate reference genes, this Perl specifies the most stably expressed genes. It considers combination of reference genes as well. 

Now we are preparing a research paper manuscript of rice reference genes under drought condition and would like to let the Perl script publicly available.
