Hello, where can I find an explanation of what the different versions of Zea_mays.AGPv3 assemblies mean. Are there actual changes in DNA sequence between Zea_mays.AGPv3.26.dna.genome.fa and Zea_mays.AGPv3.27.dna.genome.fa, for example? Apparently there are no differences in chromosome size, so I don't understand what is changing between versions.
