Dear Curators,

Could you please give me a detail about "How the chromosome level assemblies were done for Wheat Genome?". I can see the assemblies in "ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/CURRENT_RELEASE/data/fasta/triticum_aestivum/dna/". But what I am not able to understand that how they have been assembled into the individual chromosomes? Further, What is the source of this data?
