dear Gramene Team,

it's great that the data could be installed locally. Unfortunately the manual is not up to date

Some of the required perl modules have different names (i quess) eg. Bio::BigFile instead of Bio::DB::BigFile . Some of them doesn't seem to exist now, eg BlastView.

Could you, please, update the help section for local gramene installation?
