Dear Prof. Sharma,
In theory, you should be able to import LycoCyc into Cytoscape and Pathway
studio (see for example, http://www.cgl.ucsf.edu/cytoscape/bioCycPlugin/).
The best way to get the LycoCyc data is the SGN website at
http://www.sgn.cornell.edu/tools/solcyc/index.pl
