Very sorry that you encountered this problem.  What species are you
interested in?

Our team will look into this and get back to you.  In the meantime, you may
bypass the search tool and directly browse your region of interest in Oryza
sativa Japonica (where this chromosomal region actually exists on chr7) for
example, using the following URL:

http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Location/View?r=7:29697621-29697621

The following one in *O. sativa indica*

http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_indica/Location/View?r=7:29697621-29697621

Or this one in *Zea mays*:

http://ensembl.gramene.org/Zea_mays/Location/View?r=7:27957088-27957088

However this region does not exist in chr7 of *Arabidopsis thaliana*

so the equivalent URL will give you a "Cannot locate region" error message.
