I have some physical intervals as following based on the MSU6. According this information, these regions should overlap somehow. However, there is no overlap when I converted them into IRGSP-1.0 using the tools in GRAMENE (For the second row). 
Could you please give me any explanation for this? I am confused. Thanks a lot!
