Hello Sir,
If I search for paralogs, there are two different columns with header "%
identity" and "Paralog % identity". What is the difference between both
terms?
Also, it shows results in a form in which, suppose, if A has % identity 75
and Paralog % identity 77 with B, then B has % identity 77 and Paralog %
identity 75 with A. What does it mean? Please clarify it to me.
