[Feedback] [Website feedback] strange blast results between a fragment with its cutoff

i paste a primer to the  "home/blast/Enter the Query Sequence" i can get many
results,but while i cut part of the primer,i can find less results,even the
more i cut,at last i can not find any result more.
As i thought before,the shorter  the primer,the more results i will get,
would you like to answer my question?thanks
