Dear Desmond,

Gramene has recently moved to a 5-release per year cycle, and so, we now
have a new release every 2-3 months.
Errors are captured and monitored via a tracking system (which begins by a
report like the one that you submitted via Gramene's feedback form), it is
then assigned to an individual in our development team and once promptly
addressed, checked off.
