Dear Matthias,

The QTL data we carry in Gramene is a legacy set that has not been
maintained in a while, see our current FTP release directory at
 ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/CURRENT_RELEASE/data/.  In fact, it has
not been mapped to the current IRGSP v1 merged assembly.  You may still
find this data in past releases like
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/archives/PAST_RELEASES/release40/data/qtl/
and also at ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/archives/qtl/
