Respected Sir/Madam,
I, Sayani Goswami, research scholar of Visva-Bharati university, am working on submergence tolerance of rice.
I was searching for a diagram that can depict the position of RM 219, RM 444, RM 316, RM 464A and RM 285 , the rice microsatellite markers on chromosome 9. These are submergence linked markers, linked with Submergence 1 gene on chromosome 9.
It will be very kind of you if you can solve this problem and send me the required diagram.
