Sorry Owen, we do not. Sequence data for V1 is only available in bulk at
ftp://ftp.gramene.org/pub/gramene/maizesequence.org/ and also a V1 genome
browser is available from maizeGDB at
http://gbrowse.maizegdb.org/gb2/gbrowse/maize_v1
