Hi: I blasted GRMZM2G032070 on chr3 against GRMZM2G099522 on chr1 and they
are identical (I mean EXACTLY THE SAME -- which should not be the case).
Also, GRMZM2G099522 is much shorter and is not annotated as a MADS box gene.
There are neighboring transcripts that might be part of a MADS in this
region. Or maybe this sequence is only on chr1 and should not show up on
chr3. Not sure.
