The new website is really beautiful!!
Was just checking out the MSU7 & IRGSP data integration that Marcela
mentioned in the release announcement. Is it safe to assume that the gff3
file you provide at gramene.org->Genomes->Oryza sativa->Gene annotation
(direct link:
ftp://ftp.ensemblgenomes.org/pub/plants/release-21/gff3/oryza_sativa/) also
represents the combined MSU7 & IRGSP annotations?
