Hello,

I am interested in obtaining any DNA-DNA alignments, for example Brachpodium
vs Wheat, or maize vs anything, which have been generated by the Gramene
project. Unfortunately I can't find any links.

Could you please point me in the right direction? The FTP server seems to be
mainly similar to that at ensembl plants as far as I can see. Do I need to
download and locally install the whole mysql dump ?
