Pankaj Jaiswal (jaiswalp at oregonstate.edu) sent a message using the contact form at http://www.gramene.org/contact. When you open the results table of the Biomart searches the links from gene and transcript IDs go to ensembl.org instead of Gramene. hence I get object not found on ensembl.
