Dear Professor,

Recently I have analyzed a set of RNASeq data using BGI annotation file
(.gff3). Now I would like to convert the sequence IDs from BGI to RGAP
format. I found that Gramene database provide that option. Since I need a
bulk IDs to be converted, it is difficult to query each ID manually. So I
request you to kindly provide me BGI to RGAP ID mapping file.
