Dear Admin,
1. I am trying to find the tools to search RM markers in the new version of
Gramene.
Is that, I can find only through the archives
(http://archive.gramene.org/markers/), or any other tools that is built in
this new version which I am not aware of that?
2. In the previous version, if I try to visualize the karyotypes, I can see
the sub link marker under, Location-based displays, which is being not active
in the current version
(http://ensembl.gramene.org/Oryza_sativa/Location/View?r=8:2494151-2594151)
To troubleshoot the above issues please  kindly give your guidance.
