Hello,
In my experiments of cloning maize genes from B73 cDNA libary, i got a fragment about 1200bp,which encode 396aa,through blast assay in gramene  website, i found that it is one part of GRMZM2G010855_T01,which is a transposable element in website.and my fragment sequence is very  similar to the gene BT084605(NCBI accession number),so i wonder it is really a transposon.thanks!
