Looked at O. sativa japonica browser and the O. meridionalis browser.  Selected LASTZ alignments but they don't show up and there is no message saying that there are no alignments.  Also selected Region Comparison view.  It was able to align regions of genome but no lastz tracks showed up and no ribbons were drawn.
