Carboxypeptidase is not a good search example (term not found in O. longistaminata and O. rufipogon)

Synthetase is another example search term not found in cocoa (http://ayinger.cshl.edu/Theobroma_cacao/Info/Index)

LPERR01G00010 is a search term repeated in http://ayinger.cshl.edu/Leersia_perrieri/Info/Index

Were any of the protein and xref annotations imported from Gramene or was this only intended for the OGE browser?  This might provide better search examples for the new species
