If we go to 'Comparative genomics' in b42 of each genome, we will see this problem. Take Arabidopsis for example: http://ayinger.cshl.edu/Arabidopsis_thaliana/Gene/Compara_Alignments/Image?align=8654&db=core&g=AT3G52430&r=3%3A19431371-19434403&t=AT3G52430.1 
It shows following error: 
AJAX error - Runtime Error in component "EnsEMBL::Web::Component::Gene::Compara_AlignSliceBottom [content]"

Function EnsEMBL::Web::Component::Gene::Compara_AlignSliceBottom fails to execute due to the following error:
