Hi Priyanka,

You can get a list of rice RefSeq IDs corresponding to rice gene IDs (IRGSP
names) if you go to NCBI's website, select 'Gene' from the drop down menu
for the query text box and paste the following query:

txid39947[Organism:noexp]

The list you will get would look like as follows:
http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gene/?term=txid39947[Organism%3Anoexp]
